Help Desk - Report an Issue

Instructor-Led Training: Activity Request

Submit a request to add new initial or additional offerings of existing Instructor-Led Training (ILT) activities.

For changes to existing activities, submit a Change Request below.

Instructor-Led Training: Roster Submission

Submit final rosters (or sign-in sheets) associated to existing ILT activities for processing.

NOTE: Rosters should include typed names and UCR NetIDs. Handwritten lists or rosters submitted without either a NetID or EID for participants will not be accepted.

eCourse/Web-Based Training Activity Request

Submit a request to add web-based training (WBT) or eLearning content.

For changes to existing activities, submit a Change Request below.

Assignments & Reports

For Managers, Training Owners, and Org. Administrators

Find detailed information, including process maps and related FAQs, on the Training Assignments and Reports page.

Managers & Learning Coordinators may access required training status reports on the Team Compliance Dashboard or can pull custom attendance reports from Advanced Reporting.

Initial Assignment Request

Request a new campus- or organization-wide training assignment.

For changes to existing assignments, submit a Change Request below.

Initial Report Request

Request a new ad hoc or scheduled report for attendance, required training status, etc.

For changes to existing scheduled reports, submit a Change Request below.

Change Request or General Inquiry

Request a change to an activity, assignment, or report. Or, submit a general question.
